Trimming Process

We can accurately reproduce the most intricate designs-including reverse angles and wrapped parting lines-because of the dies we custom design and build in-house. Even our presses are custom designed to enable variable speeds and articulated trimming. Our expert Trim Technicians are as fussy as they are thorough. Each individual works to the demanding tolerances established by our quality engineers and our customers. Every part is inspected and handled with care to meet functional and visual requirements. The finished parts are arranged and packaged within shipping containers to minimize deflection and distortion. When necessary, we can create custom thermoform packaging to offer additional support of product while packaged or in transit.
