Thermoforming Process

Producing in-mold appliqué products is a multi-step process that usually begins with a preprinted foil that has been laminated to a thermoformable substrate such as ABS, polycarbonate or TPO. We use servo-driven, high-speed, in-line presses with pressure assist. We maintain precise temperature control both in our materials as well as tooling. All of these components lead to a constantly controlled process that is highly repeatable. Because of this control, we are able to meet demanding quality requirements.
