Coverage Techniques

We offer three levels of coverage for our appliqués. To the parting line 1. To the parting line Many part designs and assemblies do not need coverage beyond the parting line. This is the simplest coverage to provide. Past the parting line 2. Past the parting line This method is required for part designs that have a parting line inboard from the edge of the part. Reverse parting line wrap 3. Reverse parting line wrap This method provides the greatest coverage to the parting line, past it and around the back of the visible surface. The tooling required to achieve this is available at very few suppliers. We not only perfected the technique, but we continue to lead in its application.
